Current Goal

To travel (faster than Acapulco Piglet #1, of course) to Acapulco, Mexico and back to the Seattle, WA area. Stops in Walnut Creek, California and Puebla, Mexico are bonus stops.

About This Item

My story: As a child, I had what many kids had; their most valuable possession in the entire world. Mine happened to be a bean bag style Piglet (think beannie baby). Piglet and I were inseperable and he was, without a doubt, my best friend as well as constant companion. When I was about 4, we moved to Puebla, Mexico and we did some travelling around through the country. One of our stops was in Acapulco. While we were there, Piglet and I went for a swim in the ocean. Upon returning to our travel trailer, Piglet was placed on top of the trailer to dry for the night. I'm not certain exactly what really happened but the long and short of it was that Piglet and I were seperated. I don't know if he was stolen or if we drove away with him still on the roof. Regardless, as you can imagine, it was a very traumatic event, especially for a young child. For whatever reason, I had offered up the explanation that Piglet wasn't lost or stolen but that since Acapulco was such a nice place, Piglet had decided to stay. All was reconciled in my head by that and life continued as it should have. Now, life is so far removed from the carefree life of that 4-5 year old but I still remember Piglet. Help me send my new Piglets to Mexico to visit the beaches and this time to actually return to me in my home in the Pacific NW.
