I have two sons that are Eagle Scouts, so it seemed right that I move this one along.
Dropped Off 5/24/2014 penguinphloppers placed it in Insomnia California - .25 miles  Visit Log

Dropped off by two scouts: Big Phlopper (Eagle Scout 1984) and Little Phlopper (current Girl Scout). We dropped this off in a cache which is unfortunately 20 miles from home, because we didn't realize until afterward that it lost its tracking tag. If the next finder contacts us then we can help reattach it, or at least pass on the tracking number.
