The Grand Old Oprey House in Nashville, maybe get to attend the Jazz Festival in Gresham Oregon or the one in New Orleans. How about The Big Band and Jazz Hall of Fame Foundation in Carlsbad, California, or the Blues Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Washington DC. Hey - anyone going down under? I hear there is a really great place right on the waterfront for symphony music!

So take some pics of us together at your favorite spot and tell us about the visit!

This cache is near Shoreline Amphitheatre, which has been a favorite place of music. My wife and I especially enjoyed the Independence Day concerts by the San Francisco Symphony, with patriotic music followed by fireworks. Mountain View residents receive a discount for lawn seating, and we can walk from home (avoiding parking hassles). However, recent Independence Day concerts have been sponsored by Disney, so the theme has shifted from patriotic music to movie music. 😟

My wife and I went to Chris Tomlin's How Great Is Our God Tour concert at the SJSU Event Center. I'd never been there before, and it isn't really a favorite place of mine, but the concert was definitely one of my favorites. Flash photography wasn't allowed, but I hope you can make out Kool Dude Furby in the photo.

One of my favorite places of music is the main auditorium at Mount Hermon. I love singing songs of worship with hundreds of other men at my church's annual men's retreat. (This cache is the one nearest the main auditorium.)
