When I first started caching, we met up with Gungadoy at a cache. He showed us his "cache maintenance" stash in is VW. This was inspiration, and soon we always had a bin with replacement logs, caches of varying sizes, zoplock bags, pens, bisons, picos etc. I have even made smaller bags to go with us on hikes and biking trails so we can always replace a wet log or a cache if the CO desires. Although I have 4,400 caches, I thought it would be cool to see how often I end up doing cache maintenance, wither to my own caches or to others. Cache maintenance is kinda fun, feels like a caching mitzvah.
