This is one of the USA geocoins, and as such, it seems appropriate for it to try and visit all 50 states, or at least as many of them as it can. Goodwill missions to other countries are okay, too.
This is one of the 2003 USA geocoins, and in keeping with the theme of the geocoin, its mission is simple: to visit as many different states and see as much of the United States as possible. But, as I said above, it's also okay to take the USA geocoin on diplomatic and cultural visits to foreign nations as well...the sport of geocaching knows no national boundaries.
