The marble wants to do nothing else than travel around the world and visit other geographical highlights. Please take photos!
This marble is an anniversary edition for the 100th Filstal-Geocacher-Stammtisch in 2014.
The Fils is a river that rises at the foot of the Swabian Alb in SW Germany. Areas through which it flows are excellent sites for fossils from the Jurassic period. The marble is made of slate, marine deposits around 160 million years old. It was molded in a water-powered mill.
