Eugene

To ferry Stonagal to caches around North America and be discovered by other geocachers.

Stonagal purchased his car, a 2001 Toyota Corrolla that he named Eugene, in May 2011. He always thought Eugene to be a neat name, but wouldn't choose that name for a future son, so decided to use the name for his first car. From August 2012 to October 2015, Eugene helped Stonagal find thousands of caches in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, NW Ontario, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Missouri.

May 11, 2011 - Stonagal purchases Eugene, learns to drive stick.
August 23, 2012 - first geocache found together (GCR5BN).
December 26-31, 2012 - road trip to St. Louis, MO.
May 18, 2013 - stuck in ruts while attempting to reach GC1A4D.
May 31, 2013 - stuck in marginal amount of mud while pulled off road finding GC339KY.
August 24, 2013 - move to The Pas, MB for school. Multiple trips to Flin Flon and back to Winnipeg ensue over next 8 months.
November 26, 2013 - slam on brakes to avoid colliding with wandering dog. Fail to do so. Dog runs away like nothing happened.
January 18, 2014 - lose control and hit snowbank while navigating a turn. Stonagal escapes out driver's window.
April 25, 2014 - move back to Winnipeg.
July 18-20, 2014 - road trip to Rosthern, SK for Living Skies Mega-event (GC4DG0T). Trackable decal purchased.
October 9, 2014 - trackable decal FINALLY added to Eugene's exterior.
April 3-4, 2015 - road trip to Bemidji, MN and Fargo, ND.
May 16, 2015 - day trip to Northwest Angle, MN.
September 20, 2015 - trackable decal removed prior to sale.
October 8, 2015 - Eugene sold to a new owner.
