I am from the cold waters of Puget Sound. I would love to go visit the warm waters of Australia to meet my cousins the infamous box jellyfish. If I stopped by the Monterey Bay Aquarium (with their wonderful jellyfish exhibit) on the way, that would be even better!
Moon jellyfish are very common in Puget Sound and live in many places around the world. They cannot sting people, only very small plankton.
On a boat trip to Desolation Sound in Canada, we saw millions of them in Roscoe Bay.
