It is the hope that this bug will travel a million (or more) miles and then return to its home in Davenport, Iowa, USA. A few photos along the way would be greatly appreciated, especially when it makes a particularly long journey or visits a special interesting place. How long will it take to make its journey? That depends on you!
Personally I have been fortunate to travel many places in the world. Everywhere seems to have something special to see or do. Hopefully this travel bug will be able to share experiences that I have never had. This bug is in a race with a similar bug (TB6C1CW) to see which will reach its goal first.
The bug includes a piece from a John Deere checkers set (as a retiree of John Deere this is sort of my geocaching trademark) that is traveling with the bug.
