About This Item

​I found this reel sitting on a fallen log 40 feet from a trail in the middle of nowhere on a 6 mile hike near Ohiopyle, PA. No idea why it would be there, but it spoke to me to become a travel bug and go to Fantastic Fishing Areas across the World. Please take pictures of me as I travel!

Edit on 1/30/2026: I am so embarrassed and so sorry, I have no idea where this guy has gotten to. I'm confused because I don't remember grabbing a fishing reel, I hardly ever even grab trackables at all. But I definitely seem to have grabbed this. I wonder if it was just the tag that was left when it got to me. I am going to do all I can to locate this, I am so so so sorry.
Second edit...my log that day specifically says I grabbed the reel, I don't know why I have no memory of it. Gosh I'm so sorry, I'm going to locate this and set it free asap.
THIRD EDIT: I found it!!!! My dad has it!!! We live far from each other but we will get it back out into the world asap!! Sorry again!
