My race is Counter Clockwise around USA.
This racer lost its sense of direction, and is generally wondering around
I would like to stay in states that border the outside of the continental USA.

    Sorry it took so long to drop this item. I did not have a GPS at the time a buddy did when I picked up. Baught one today and want to get back into caching. Dropped off in the end of the road.
