Abe is travelling to make children smile!
Abe der gelenkige Affe war immer an meinem Schlüsselbund, falls unsere Tochter mal Langeweile empfinden sollte. Beim Arzt. In der Warteschlange. Wenn jemand noch im Café länger sitzen bleiben möchte. Oder oder oder.
Fakt war aber auch, dass Ape uns Erwachsenen immer daran erinnert hat: Wir haben Kinder! Es ist ein Leben ohne Rast und Ruhe, und doch ein schönes Leben.
Wer Ape findet, bringt ihn bittte von Ort zu Ort und am Tag des Kindes zurück nach Berlin (also: am 1. Juni)! Eine kurze Email an mich bitte, dann kann ich ihn besuchen.

Abe the ape was always with me for any case of "emergency" like feeling bored at waiting at the doctor, waiting for mum to drink a coffee or any other case of waiting.
But this little ape always did something to us - grownups - too: It reminded us of the fact that we are parents! Being a mother means having no rest and not so much sleep as needed, but it is a wonderful life.
Those who find Ape: Please let him travel! And at the Children's Day on June 1, please bring this travelbug back to Berlin and send me an email.
