Scouts ready to release their TB

This bug was created and released by the scouts of Boy Scout Troop 228 from St. Lucy's in Racine, WI, 
USA during a campout where they learned about geocaching.  It has a BSA Recruiter patch attached to it. We hope that this encourages new people to join scouting!
