This is the regular edition coin of the 2014 February Geocoin Club Coin.
February is the month of love. One side of the Geocoin Club February 2014 geocoin features a peacock with plumage fully fanned out to symbolize the season. The other side features Eros, the roman god of love, extolling that you blindly "Love my cache". In this case with it is more of a demand than a request and he backs up the demands with bow and arrow.
