Just moved to VA and found Howard in an old suitcase. I thought I had logged this when I found it and given it to my scout troop to place in their cache. Going to put Howard back on the trail in VA so he can continue his journey. Sorry for leaving you in the suitcase Howard. Happy trails!!!
