About This Item

Geodog Travel Bug - View 2

"Geodog" is our English Setter, Audi, which rhymes
with "naughty" (: and is short for "Audacity". Fearless and
brazen she is NOT...but she does enjoy geocaching, which has
finally given her a purpose in life. She also enjoys drooling,
eating, lazing around and playing a good game of "peek-a-boo".

I left Geodog in a TB hotel in or near Fort meyers. Problem is, I also did a virtual drop in a cache in Orlando and never grabbed it back so I don't have the TB number to move it properly. When the next cacher finds this TB, please grab it from the cache it is in and drop it in the TB hotel prior to moving it along. Sorry for being a dope about this. it is safe and sound in the hotel for now.

Took Geodog on a little lunch time walk and cache. He really enjoyed this park. He got his picture taken with a couple of the sculptures arond the park as well as a couple of trees (always a dog favorite). The cache is even named after a dog so I had to bring Geodog to this one. Nowhere to leave him, plus he really enjoyed riding in my pick-up truck so I brought him back with me. I will take him on a new road trip later. Enjoy the photos.

  • Red Dog and Geodog Geodog just had to get his photo with Red Dog. Very cool sculpture at the park.
  • The park and lake Geodog in front of a nice lake we walked around today getting to the Red Dog cache.
  • Regards to Broadway Geodog is giving his regards to Broadway. He as at their feet like any happy dog would be.
  • One big tree this tree was also in the park we walked around today. The branches are soo long and big they reach all the way to the ground.

Grabbed this TB from a cache I visited on black friday. Will move it to a cache in another part of the Central Florida area. I grabbed a couple of photos of the TB while in the woods hunting caches. i also came across another couple of hikers with their dogs. This is a great place to bring the dogs. A creek is very near the cache for them to jump in and cool off or to just get in the water. Also grabbed a photo of the TB at a memorial for 9-11 victims at the Pentagon.

  • creek near Slinky Home cache this is the creek near the cache. there are lots of places where the dogs can jump in and play.
  • slinky cache grabbed a photo of the TB at the cache. There is a great cleared trail from an educational area through the woods.
  • heros memorial Photo of the TB at the memorial cache. This was built for the people that lost their lives at the Pentagon. The fountain is shapped like the Pentagon.
