My geocaching journey began October 16, 2012 with a find just a couple of miles from home, GCVV33 E.G.G.S.: Sit-N-Bull. . Since that day I have found caches in seven countries and 20 states. My 1000th find was GC51AF8 Quadlock, a traditional cache in Oak Ridge, TN, found on July 17, 2014.
This journey has been greatly enriched by the amazing friends that I have made along the way. I was honored to have four of those friends with me when I found my 1000th cache, and they presented me with this coin at the cache site. It is a gift from New Cache Order, a great group of cachers in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
