I'm just a nice little American lost somewhere in the fascinating and beautiful country of Germany. Won't you help send me home? I can travel by any means necessary (in your pocket, in the mail, on an airplane, etc.) — even circling the globe a time or two in the process — so long as I someday return to the United States to begin my adventure anew.

Ich bin nur ein kleiner Amerikaner, der irgendwo in dem faszinierenden und schönen Deutschland verloren ist. Willst du mir nicht helfen, mich nach Hause zu schicken? Ich kann mit allen notwendigen Mitteln reisen (in deiner Tasche, in der Post, im Flugzeug, etc.) - sogar ein oder zwei Runden um den Globus - solange ich eines Tages in die Vereinigten Staaten zurückkehren werde, um mein Abenteuer zu beginnen ein neuer.
