100 Jahre Verkehrsampel

05. August 1914 - die erste elektrische Verkehrsampel der Welt nimmt in Cleveland, USA ihren Dienst auf (damals noch mit 2 Farben: rot & grün). 1920 wurde sie dann in New York und Detroit um eine weitere Farbe erweitert und feierte schnell Einzug in vielen Großstädten, auch in Europa (1922 in Paris & Hamburg).
