Current Goal

Murph's goal is to see as many caches as possible in every mountain range in North America. Please keep him moving so he can accomplish his goal and, if possible, provide a few pictures of his travels along the way.

About This Item

The Adventure Begins

Murph begins his trek in the Chester / Lake Almanor area. This is where the Cascades meet the High Sierras and he looks forward to seeing many more mountain and crystal lake views as he travels on throughout North America.

When I told Murph that I'm moving home to very near the Appalachians, he asked if he could come along. We will be leaving soon and he is in good company with several other bugs to share the journey with.

Well I guess I'm the first one to pick up this little guy. He will now move to a different part of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range near Graeagle CA in the beautiful Lakes Basin Area in the Plumas Tahoe National Forest. I'll try to get him to the peak of one of our highest mountains around here if I can.
