The New England Signature Item Archive

This Travel Bug's mission is to collect the signature items of New England geocachers. It is a kind of repository for signature items so that others can admire them as it circulates.

NOTE: The container for the Signature Item Archive was upgraded on April 14, 2007. If somebody could take a picture of the new container with the contents displayed in front of it, that would be terrific! I will make that the new default TB pic. Thanks!

Guidelines for this Travel Bug:

1) THIS TRAVEL BUG SHOULD CIRCULATE WITHIN NEW ENGLAND ONLY. Please do not take it outside of the six New England states.
2) There are two bags. One is labeled "Signature Item Archive". Please feel free to admire the signature items in this bag, but do not take them for your own. That way everybody can enjoy viewing the creative signature items made by their fellow New Englanders.
3) The second bag is labeled "Signature Items for Trade". Feel free to trade for the signature items in this bag. Please place a signature item of your own for every signature item you take. This TB started with 5 WMC wooden nickels in the "Trade Bag".
4) If you wish to contribute a signature item to the TB, please place one in the "archive" and one in the "to trade" bag. Sign the logbook to document when and what items you contributed and/or traded for. Consider also posting a picture to the TB page of your signature item contributions.
5) Please keep this TB moving by taking it to events or handing it personally to a cacher you trust. DO NOT PLACE IT IN A CACHE (other than as a virtual "dip" to record milage). If you will not be attending an event anytime soon, please hand it off to another cacher ASAP. Please, do not keep this TB for more than 2 weeks.
6) Enjoy! Hopefully this Travel Bug will be full of interesting New England signature items!

NOTE: If, after some time, there are too many signature items to fit comfortably into the container, please contact the Western Mass Clan and we will send you a larger container to hold the items. Thanks!
