Frankfurt Remembrance

This is another in our series of trackables where we purchase a key ring in the cities we visit, hang a travel tag on it and set it free. We didn't purchase this ring on our first visit here; more like the fourth or fifth visit. But then we weren't geocachers on the previous visits. We found the oldest cache in Germany on this trip; it's about 60 miles (100km) northwest of Frankfurt.

I took my dad out geocaching last night, in the rain. It was quite an adventure since he has to wear an eyepatch on one of his eyes for now. It made it a lot harder for his me to see with his wet glasses! Once we found the cache we noted this cool little item and I am so excited to see where it came from and where it will go. 😃👣🌳
