The mission of TB SPY ACADEMY is to see as much of the world as possible. However, Flits Bond (the man on the badge, pretending to be James Bond) doesn't like to stay still for long time. So the objective is not in the first place to travel large distances, but to travel fast from one cache to another (We hope Flits can visit at least 1 new cache a week!).
This travelbug is actually a badge, given to all scouts who participated in in DSW SMOKE 2006 in Beek (which is in the Netherlands). DSW SMOKE was a camp for scouts (boys and girls between 11 and 14 years old) where over 200 scouts participated. It was organized by our own scoutsgroup (www.scouting-beek.nl). For people who are familiar with the scouts, this camp was in preparation for the 'landelijke scoutingwedstrijden', the 'nation scouts competition'. The theme of this camp was SPY ACADEMY, about James Bond, Spies, Glamourous Bond girls and other sneaky stuff.
