Rescued the General from the cache “The rain is Tess, the fire's Joe, but ....” located in the high desert about 8 miles outside of Bend, Oregon. Thought he might be hiding in a hole (there is a nearby lava tube) but I ended up spotting him in a tree. Seems like his troops were practicing in the distance as much gunfire was heard in the area surrounding the cache. Upon arriving at his temporary home the General immediately sought the advice of Buddha regarding peaceful conflict resolution (see photo).
