Ahhh, crum.
Froggy was SOOO close to making it home. Ya just gotta wonder about people sometimes. He once sported a plastic tag that clearly explained his goal. Someone decided they needed the tag more than he did. Then a more conscientous cacher checked with me, got the skinny on Froggy's mission, and created a new "instruction sheet." Alas, it seems folks can't or won't read such instructions. They can't STAND to leave a TB in a cache, even if it means they take it in the opposite direction it wants to go. Result: instead of heading home, Froggy takes a detour hundreds of miles in the wrong direction and, ultimately, ends up MIA. Ya just can't win. Do I sound bitter? Well, yeah, just a little.
His TB buddy, Ducky Chuckie, once came back to life after disappearing for several months. Maybe Froggy will be that lucky.
