This was a palm tree keychain originally called "Kona or Bust" and it was supposed to go to a cache near our family who live near Kona on the Big Island. It almost made it to its destination, but disappeared near Hilo. So, it has been reincarnated for round two as a whistle. On the whistle it says "Life jackets float, you don't". Bloop, in our family, is the sound something makes when it hits the water and doesn't float, such as a rock. It goes "bloop". This time, the goal is to just float around the world.
