July 11, 2020, this dog came to me when I and my friend Viet were visiting an orphanage in Cu Chi. Yes, Cu Chi - the village known for the severe fights of the Vietnam - US war, the region sprayed with chemical weapons. However, the house was not filled with an anger or regret over bad fate, I was rather feeling a pragmatic decision and joy to survive. Like so many times during travels through my beloved Vietnam.
Tento pes ke mně přišel 11. července 2020, když jsme s přítelem Vietem navštívili sirotčinec v Cu Chi. Ano, v Cu Chi - v té vesnici známé krutými boji vietnamsko-americké války, v oblasti posprejované chemickými zbraněmi. Dům však nebyl naplněn hněvem ani lítostí nad špatným osudem, spíš jsem cítil pragmatickou chuť a radost přežít. Jako tolikrát během cest po mém milovaném Vietnamu.
