Bogart is a Bad Boy

This bug is in honor of my black lab puppy Bogart. I’m not sure Bogart deserves such an honor as so far in the 6 months he’s lived with me he’s eaten/chewed shoes, towels, rugs, rocks and gravel ($1300 at the emergency vet hospital), glass, garden tools, important papers and mail, road kill, flowers/plants, rabbit poop… the list goes on. He’s also trashed my garden with hole digging, pulled dishes/glasses (see glass above) and food off the counter, and slammed through the screen door ($325). Bogart’s doing better now, thanks to the personal trainer I had to hire ($475). My brother tells me I need to start keeping a journal of all Bogart’s antics. That made me think there must be a whole bunch of geocachers out there with dog stories like mine. So take a picture of your pooch with the travel bug and email me your favorite story about him/her.

Found this bad boy with B$ today. Ironically, we just returned from the vet this morning. Some sort of fungus on her legs picked up from romping around in the woods while we were caching. I'll get a picture up soon and make sure B$ doesn't hold on to this guy for long.
