About This Item

We were recently married, but because of work and other commitments we can not go on our honeymoon until next year. One of the places the both of us would like to see is Alaska. So we came up with this TB go in our place and check things out before we make our trip. Gathering momentoes and pictures along the way.

Retrieve It from a Cache 5/28/2007 freshwaterguy retrieved it from CRM-001 - Former Water Tower Manitoba, Canada   Visit Log

Found at the former RR Water Tower this morning and thought that I might help move it along to it's requested destination by taking it in the opposite direction to Indiana in a couple of weeks. Hopefully someone there will move it north to Alaska.

    • By the Sea...a setting sun What a great location for a cache. But, a travel bug as well capped the sunset, being with first time geocachers, and returning to the province that I grew up in.

    Hello,
With a group of new geocachers, I picked up this one with delight. This is a great tribute to newlyweds. I promise you that I will take it one giant step towards your goal of getting it to Alaska. I will place your travel bug into a Manitoba cache in mid-November. My apologies for the delay in placing it....but, please bear with me. I am traveling quite a bit and would like to make sure that I get it back to my province as part of the travel bug's journey in your honour.
    Congratulations!!

    • A great view from travel bug location This was a very beautiful spot, with the smell of salt air, a beautiful sunset, and a great day. I had just celebrated my birthday the previous day, and found another reason to celebrate geocaching - a wonderful and thoughtful and creative travel bug.
