Mission – To keep you heart healthy. Take me on a hike to a wonderful view of the ocean, to a mountain top, around a walking golf course, on a wilderness trail, or to any of those places that say “Take a Hike.” Take the kids / grandkids along. It’s more fun.

Great bug and something we can all relate to no matter what age. We're outdoor types so we'll definitely take this bug for a workout! BTW, my spouse studies healthcare issues as a research scientist for the Rurual Health Research Center in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington. Cheers.
