This trackable is the first of a series of Kansas City HQ tags. Each tag will represent a different major company headquartered in Kansas City.
This one is for Sprint, one of the "Big Four" wireless telecommunication companies in the United States.
Overland Park, KS - a suburb of Kansas City - houses the Headquarters for Sprint. As of March 2016, approximately 6,000 people are employed by Sprint at its headquarters. Sprint is a major contributor to civic charities through the Sprint Foundation and sponsors programs such as the Sprint Accelerator for startups. Additionally, Sprint is the naming sponsor for the KC's major arena in KC's Power & Light district, the Sprint Center.
The TB is a 3G (EVDO Rev 0) PCMCIA Type II modem. This baby once sported peak download speeds of 3.1 mbps!

grabbed this from the owner at the meet up today in Las Vegas. Upon reading its goal thought about handing it off to some family in town that live in Kansas city.... but what fun would that be. So home to Michigan it is.
