I have watched my sister, Shelby Houlihan, run in similar stadiums. I'm sad that I cannot go to Tokyo this year to watch her run (which is closer to your goal than South Texas hehe). If there is any way that I can, though, I will try help you reach your goal. For now, South Texas here we come!
