Current Goal

My mission is simple. Take me to the La Brea Tar Pits of Los Angeles, I have a few friends and relatives buried there and I would like to pay my respects. As I make my journey across the USA I would like to request pictures be taken of all the caches you place me to beddown and post for all to see. Once I reach my destination I would like a picture of me with the La Brea Tar Pits in the background. Thanks for helping me on my journey.

About This Item

The La Brea Tar Pits are a group of tar pits around which Hancock Park was formed, in urban Los Angeles. Natural asphalt has seeped up from the ground in this area for tens of thousands of years. The tar is often covered with dust, leaves, or water.

I have a small amount of trackables I'm getting ready to take to Las Vegas with me next week. As I was going through them, I remembered this little guy wanted to see the La Brea Tar Pits. Therefore, I made a special run to a nice Burbank travel bug Hotel. Hopefully someone will be able to pick it up from there and take it to the Tar Pits.

Ohhh, the La Brea Tar Pits. I haven't been there in forever! I will look into getting there maybe and paying it another visit....if not, I will release it with a note attached it is trying to get there. It's a very cool area!
