Current Goal

On 27 Sep 2015 he achieved his first life goal, which was to visit Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY, USA (the home of New York Yankees of Major League Baseball).Thank you to Nel&Andy (AUS) and SafariBabe. (NY, USA) for helping to fulfil his dream.

Now he would like to travel around America for awhile and have photos taken at sports venues.

His second life goal is to visit Camp Nou, Barcelona, Spain (the home ground of FC Barcelona).

Billy the Sporty Koala

Billy is a sports fan and comes from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Many people say that Melbourne is the sports capital of Australia.

He is named after Billy Slater, an Australian professional rugby league player who currently plays for the Melbourne Storm of the National Rugby League (NRL). Billy Slater is also an Australian international and Queensland State of Origin representative player.

Billy the Sporty Koala is happy watching any sport at any level -- international, league/association, local club or even just families playing at the park.

If you should find Billy please take him to a game and take a picture of him, preferably with the game/field/stadium in the background, and then place him back in another geocache so he can continue his journey. He would also like photos with children dressed in their team uniform or colours.

Billy is owned by Marcus, a 16 year old boy, who loves watching sport live and on the television.

my friend found this trackable. she is a brand new geocacher and unfortunately did not know what to do with it. I am teaching her, but usually from a distance. at the moment poor Billy is missing because my friend just moved into a new house and is still in the process of getting things unpacked. we will find him and get him back in the game as soon as possible.
