About This Item

This Travel Bug is attached to a blue Corona Xtra Boxing Glove Bottle Opener. Feel free to use the travel bug to open a bottled beverage, but PLEASE be sure to log him! The glove is meant to symbolize what he's gonna slam you with if you don't log him properly. Think about it, "Travel Bug." It's called that for a reason: Cause it's meant to travel, Not be a decoration on a collectible shelf.

This was the last cache that I got on my hike today. I made it another 300 meters or so before I decided to turn back, due to the overgrown condition of the trail and my feet beginning to complain. I had intended to drop this off in a cache in Serrano Canyon, but the trail is very overgrown and needs some serious trailwork, so I decided to hold onto it for now. But it was with me on the hike, so I'm doing a drop-and-lift on it, for the mileage. I'll post some photos, eventually.

I had thought to drop this off on my hike through Serrano Canyon, but the over-grown condition of the trail, and likelihood that very few, if any, cachers will be out here over the next few months, caused me to opt for holding on to it. But this Visit will give the thing some kilometerage 🙂

Discovered during GC73201 ▼ Dönerstag in Camarillo where thirty or so geocachers gathered to drink coffee, trade coins and tags, and talk geocaching.
