Alika the Zebra

Alika is Swahili for most beautiful. She would like to make it all the way to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to meet her African family.  We hope that she will have lots of interesting travels throughout the world! Eventually I would love for her to make her back to Tennessee (Nashville area!)

I’ve been to Kenya several times but never visited Tanzania. I have seen thousands of Alika’s cousins migrating across the Masai Mara National Game Reserve during the great wildebeest migration, which happens every year in July. I was there July 2013.
