Visit historical wind- and watermills
Das Wandern ist des Mü.......Mehlsacks Lust ;-)
So wie die Müllergesellen früherer Zeiten möchte dieser kleine Mehlsack auf seiner Reise bei möglichst vielen Mühlen Station machen - und sein Fotoalbum natürlich gern mit zahlreichen Bildern bestücken :-)
("Glück zu" lautet der traditionelle Gruß der Müller. Die Müllergesellen trugen damit das Glück quasi von Mühle zu Mühle und begrüßten damit den Müller, wenn sie an einer neuen Mühle ankamen)
As the old song "Das Wandern ist des Müllers Lust" says the miller's joy is wandering -
and just as the miller's journeymen once did, this little flour sack wants to travel around and visit as many mills as possible -
and of course would love to add loads of photos to his photo album :-)
Please help him satisfy his wanderlust and show him the world.
("Glück zu" is the traditional greeting amongst millers. During their years as miller journeymen they should carry the luck (Glück) from mill to mill by greeting the millers of the next mill they went to with those words)
