Our first trackable which we plan to release with our first hide. In the meantime it's celebrating our own FTFs. Excited to vicariously explore trails and cities near and far as it's retrieved, discovered, placed and enjoyed by cachers world wide! Though "First to Finds" are certainly fun, there's no need to wait to move it along. Photos and comments are always welcome.
1st To Find Haunted Hollow GCKX8H was a prize earned on May 3, 2015 for our "FtF" of an adopted cache located in the fabulous Mt. Airy Forest in Cincinnati, OH. It was a happy coincidence that this weekend was the global celebration of Geocaching's 15th Anniversary. Not only did we receive a generous prize package provided by the CO, we also earned our 16th virtual souvenir in commemoration of the birthday of our favorite addiction.
If you're ever in southwest Ohio, I encourage you to go find Haunted Hollow. Originally placed on October 25th, 2004, GCKX8H was adopted by MyTrek on May 2, 2015. Montana Ridge trail is one of many that meander through the 1,459 acres of this urban forest.
I hope many cachers for years to come enjoy discovering Haunted Hollow as well as this First to Find trackable.
