Maastricht is located in the south of the Netherlands. It is a real Burgundian city, originated from a settlement of the Romans.
It is the city of carnival (vastelaovend), André Rieu, Preuvenemint. The city of the many cafes and restaurants.
Maastricht is definitely worth a visit.
