Medusa wants to return to her homeland, to the top of Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains of Marocco.

In the Greek mythology, Medusa is a monster with hair of snakes. Her view converted people into stone. Perseus, the hero, decapitated her and used Medusa's head as a weapon: At her sight, his opponent Atlas, a titan, changed into mountains, the Atlas mountains of Marocco.
Medusa ist in der griechischen Mythologie eine Schreckensgestalt mit Schlangenhaaren, langen Eckzähnen, Schuppenpanzer, glühenden Augen und heraushängender Zunge. Ihr Anblick ließ jeden Mensch zu Stein erstarren. Doch der Held Perseus nahm erfolgreich den Kampf mit ihr auf, indem er mit Hilfe eines Spiegels nur indirekt in ihr Gesicht schaute, und enthauptete sie. Das Medusenhaupt diente ihm fortan als Waffe. Im Kampf mit dem Titan Atlas, der das Himmelsgewölbe auf seinen Schultern trug, präsentierte Perseus ihm das Medusenhaupt, worauf dieser zu einem Gebirge erstarrte, dem Atlasgebirge in Marokko.
