This travel bug will be released at the Shropshire Cachers meet on 5 Sep 2004. It aim is to visit all the caches in Shropshire one by one.

About This Item

It is a small copy of A.E. Houseman's famous book of peoms entitled "A Shropshire Lad".
On its way around Shropshire it would be nice if its finders could write on one of the page the cache where they found it, the date and their name. It would also be nice if it could be photographed being read in all the lovely spots in Shropshire.

The Shropshire Lad is a VERY long poem which has stirred many hearts and minds. There is even a museum in Craven Arms called 'Land of lost content' which is a quote from the poem.

Retrieved from the top of a windy Shropshire 'mountain'. The TB is certainly moving through the county very quickly. We were about to take it south but given the mission we will leave it in Shropshire!
