Discovered at "Cup of Joe (Puzzle Edition) - Maple Grove!"

Amazingly, I attended an event nearly 4 years ago that had this TB. There as a cacher from Florida, Nomad, who took this bug with him that night. I can still rememeber talking to him. Now, I see the TB again in the hands of the owner - 4 years later!
