Meet Leopold! The Steampunk dog geocoin.
Leopold has a very simple mission, to travel to geocaches with me and have his photo taken.
So I'm a steampunker myself, and when I saw the steampunk dog geocoin I had to have one. But unlike the other geocoins in my personal collection it just didnt seem right that he is religated to a shelf. So after a conversation with one of my oldest friends, we decided the name Leopold suited him. The name Leopold means "Brave as a lion" which, personally seems highly approprite for my little compainion coin.
My goal is to take Little Leopold with me as I hunt for caches, and have him posing with caches and logbooks. Why? No reason really, I simply think it will be fun.
Leopold will not just be traveling with me when I'm off finding and placing new caches, but to events as well. This way others can log their meetings with him.
