This Geocoin represents The Geocacher’s Guide to the Center of our Universe also known as the HQ GeoTour, created by employees of Geocaching. Geocaching HQ is located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. That makes Fremont the center of our geocaching universe. It just so happens that Fremont is also officially known as the Center of the Known Universe. Coincidence? We think not.
The design on the back of this Geocoin is purposely in reverse and raised such that you can use it like you would a rubber stamp. Get an ink pad and make your imprints.

To travel around and inform all geocachers about the geotour in Fremont (the center of the universe) and how they need to complete it as well.
We were able to obtain this coin at Groundspeak HQ after completing the awesome geotour around the premises in Fremont, WA. We had just come off an Alaskan cruise and had an appointment to visit HQ on 7/13/15. It was a very neat visit for us to see the center of the geocaching universe and the place from which all the fun in this game eminates. There were some very awesome caches on the geotour, some of the most favorited around!
