Delaware 2014 Gold Geocoin

This geocoin was designed as a prize awarded for the FSC-2014 (First State Challenge), to complete the challange you had to collect 7 code words from the FSC-2014 geocaches hidden in each of Delaware's 3 counties.

This coin had a very similar mission to the FSC, to ecourage you to become more familiar with Geocaching in Delaware.

The front of the coin is the FSC-2014 logo, the Delaware Blue Hen and the outline of Delaware, the back has the Delaware Geocachers logo, the Delaware state tree: American Holly and the Delaware state insect: the Ladybug.  The coin was designed by MikeOtt, Hostanut and Ngauger.

1. You must find and log a minimum of 21 FSC-2014 caches and a minimum of 7 caches in each of the three areas - both at the cache location and online.

2. Record the code phrase for each of FSC-2014 cache you find.
Code phrases should be found in the logbook and on the inside of the cache container.

3. Email your completed list of FSC code phrases to FirstStateChallenge@aol.com by Wednesday October 29,2014 at 8PM.

+ For your convenience, there will be a form on the Delaware Geocaching Website at First State Challenge 2014 - Form The use of this form is not required but all info on it must be submitted.

+ At the FSC-2014 Celebration Event (11/1 in Dover), those that have been verified as completing the challenge, will be eligible for a Completion Certificate and special surprise.

+ The surprise may be limited to the first 100 cachers who complete the challenge.

+ DEADLINE for submission of your list of FSC code phrases is Wednesday October 29, 2014 at 8PM
