Current Goal

Just to travel around from cache to cache. I'd like to see a few logs from these Precinct 4 parks and see it make its way to George Bush Park Reservoir on the west side of Houston.

The title is simple: the only thing I know about Precinct 4 is the stealth exhibited by their constables with the radar guns! Not the best relationship! So this TB is starting its journey in the kinder, gentler component of Precinct 4 during the Harris County Precinct 4 GeoChallenge in March of 2015.
