I have always enjoyed the idea of scouting and their principals, but my interest become revitalized since my daughter joined The Girl Scouts of the USA and my son joined the Boy Scouts of America. I have added these two vintage coins commemorating both organizations and added a square knot to the Travel Bug.
The BSA coin is very similar to one that was given to me when I was an active scout, The Girl Scout coin is very similar to one my Mother used to have from when she was a scout and the Square Knot is a reminder to Be Prepared.
