About This Item

Dieser Stein stammt aus den Maxener Kalksteinbrüchen. Hier wurde Marmor für Schloss Weesenstein und die Hofkirche Dresden abgebrochen. Auch Mauerkalk und Karbid für die Dresdener Gaslaternen wurde aus dem Kalkstein hergestellt.
