This TB should attend the Nordic reviewers meeting in Finland in 2016, so please help it get there in time.
The TB would also like to visit some of the nordic reviewers prior to the meeting, and maybe join their alter egoes on some of their geocaching trips!
Who is the "anchor" of geocaching? The reviewers or the CO's?
And what does it mean to be an anchor? Does it mean that you are the thing that prevents progress by keeping the ship (geocaching) steady in one place? Or does it mean that you are preventing the ship (geocahing) from drifting off in a dangerous direction?
Without the CO's there wouldn't be any caches for the reviewers to review. But without the reviewers to uphold the rules the chance of chaos would be very big. The CO's are amateurs who want to contribute to the geocache society by putting out caches for other geocachers to find. The reviewers are "professionals" that is set to assure that both Groundspeaks and local regulations are followed.
The purpose of this TB is to make you reflect over the dynamics between the CO's and the reviewers.
