About This Item

I've decided to release some geocoins for the icon hungry cachers out there. These coins have 3 simple missions.

  1. Spread Icons around to cachers seeking them.
  2. Transition quickly from cache to cache.
  3. Stay OUT of puzzle caches.
If there's a ton of icons out there, they should be shared equally with all geocachers, not just the ones that happen to be able to solve a complex puzzle cache, hence my rule to keep them out of puzzle caches.

As for transitioning quickly, I would ask you, the finder of this coin, to release it back into a cache within 3 days of reading this note. This should ensure that whomever you beat to getting the coin will have another opportunity for it.

Oh, woe is me, JUST missed grabbing this one out of a KB cache that hadn't been found in NINE MONTHS. What are the odds that Centris would beat me there by an hour, and steal this coin? Oh, wait, it's Centris - the odds are pretty good! :) Thank god she didn't gloat and NOT show me the coin - she gloated THEN showed me the coin. She won't let me grab and place it, but as least I got to hold it for a little bit. Just a teeny lil' bit, but it was enough. Thanks for sharing, this is a gorgeous coin, I gotta get one for myself!
